What is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will be shown based on the total purchase and location, at the checkout, at the time prior to purchase.

How much time will the order last?

Shipments are made once a week (Friday) by Correo Argentino, it can take 4 to 10 days from the delivery and by DHL 10 to 12 days average from the dispatch, after the payment is credited

What are the conditions to make a change?

The change period is 5 days after receiving the product. This can be done in two different ways:

2- Via mail to [email protected] or by calling +54 (11) 4776-6790 where you will contact our customer service center and initiate the change process. In case of choosing for this option the cost occasioned by the transit of the change, whether the shipment to the company and return by the same with the new product, are borne by the user, except when it comes to change due to failure of printing of a copy.

It is essential to make the change that the article is in perfect condition, as well as its labels and pakaging.
